I took this photo of a pair of African Giant Snails mating in Pretoria Botanical Gardens on Saturday afternoon.

I think, it's the indigenous Pink-lipped Agate Snail, Achatina immaculata, widely distributed in the northeastern regions of South Africa and in countries to the north.

Found this Giant Land Snail on Friday, it is the biggest I've ever seen! :shock: :shock:
