I had heard that a brown hyena had been seen on a camera trap in the south of the park a couple of years ago - it was a total surprise to the park staff. But I haven't heard of anyone actually seeing one during the day before. Aardwolf can be found, but it's just a case of luck with them. They're so shy that they don't normally come too close to the roads, but I know a few people who have seen them in Addo on other occasions.Mel wrote:To be honest, I never knew brownie and aardwolf even occurred in Addo.![]()
