

There was no aggression apparent with each croc taking it in turns to grab a mouthful.

The light was now perfect for catching the crocs in action.


We left the crocs to enjoy the rest of their meal as they were watched by one of the survivors of the stampede from the other day.

Cattle egrets were busy gleaning insects disturbed by feeding elephants.

And white-faced ducks were gathering together ready to head off to roost.



We headed over to the main bank at this point. There was a trio of young male lions busy feeding on a young elephant. The light was glorious as we approached.
