Also the reply from our bird expert:

Looks like an immature African Hawk-Eagle to me… It’s a sub-adult just starting to transition from the more rufous immature phase into its classic adult plumage…

No. 1 Black-chested Prinia (br. plumage)
No. 2 Southern Grey-headed Sparrow (it seems to me too )
No. 3 I would say Gabar Goshawk
No. 4 a tail --00--
No. 5 another Prinia :-?

It must be a Southern-masked weaver, probably a subadult growing the black mask of the males.

And the raptor is a black-breasted snake eagle \O You can see a little white sticking out ;-)

Could it be a Whistling Rat? The tail looks to slim to be a mongoose -O-

 O/\ O/\ 5 lovely weeks O\/

nan - "No. 4 a tail" =O: ;-)

Does "everyone" agree with nan that # 3 is a Gabar Goshawk?

Thanks for the IDs. Yep, the prey is rather puzzling as the fur looks coarse and yellowish -O- -O-

Any more ideas on any of them are welcome 0()
